Power Pilates is a fusion of Clinical Pilates with functional training. This innovative method enhances and complements the benefits of both. The goal of Power Pilates classes is to maximize the work of all muscle chains, maintaining posture, controlled breathing and activation of the core.

 

Power Pilates is a completely safe method, and our classes are given by physiotherapists.

It is recommended for anyone, whether you have a medical condition or not.

It is also highly recommended during pregnancy and postpartum.

Power Pilates is taught exclusively by the Power Clinic professionals, at the Power Clinic studios in Lisbon and online.
